Everything you need to know if you're a Flybe and Tandem customer

We’re sorry to hear that Flybe has gone into administration. If you paid for flights using your Tandem credit card we can help you with getting your money back.

If you paid more than £100 on your Tandem credit card and you booked directly with Flybe you can make a claim under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act. Even if your ticket cost less than this we’re likely to be able to get your money back for you.

If you booked with another agent or didn’t pay directly using your card, we’ll take a look to see if we can help.
