Notice to customers: The FCA has confirmed an industry-wide scheme to compensate customers who may have been treated unfairly in relation to motor finance commission arrangements. If you used car finance, you may be owed compensation. The FCA recommends that if you have concerns, you should contact your lender directly. If you have already raised a complaint, you do not need to take any further action. We will continue to handle complaints in line with FCA requirements and timelines. Please be aware - this scheme is currently subject to legal challenges. While this may delay complaint outcomes and any compensation payments, customers should not be deterred from raising a complaint.
