You don’t need to contact Tandem. Just let your new ISA provider know you want to transfer your ISA from us, they’ll take care of the rest.
Once your new provider gets in touch, we’ll verify the request and send your funds directly to them.
If there’s a delay or missing details, we’ll work with your new provider to resolve it quickly.

If you're transferring a Fixed Rate Cash ISA and it's still within its fixed term, an early withdrawal fee will apply. You can check the terms in the Tandem app.
